Data Controller
UNIMAC (in this policy referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or UNIMAC SA in this policy is referred to as UNIMAC.
UNIMAC is the “data controller” of all personal information collected and used about its customers for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK Data Protection Act.
We work with third parties who provide services on our behalf, and our website contains links to other websites.
If you access another website through our website, the third party will be identified in the applicable booking terms and conditions.
The third party will be a separate “data controller” of personal data in relation to the website or service it provides.

C. Information about your interest in purchasing our trusted partners’ products and services.
D. Information contained in communications you exchange with us or direct to us via letters, e-mail, chat service, calls and social media and data protection request logs.
Below we describe these purposes and all other purposes for which your data may be used.
We will only process your data for those stated purposes.

To unsubscribe from auto-forward notifications, you must update your settings.
Auto-push notifications are set in the initial permissions when you download an app, and differ depending on whether you have an IOS or Android device.
You should check the settings and permissions on your device regarding push notifications, and change your settings according to your preferences.
We aim to settle opt-out requests as quickly as possible, but you may receive some promotional communications in the period before the request is settled.
Please note that if you opt out of promotional communications, you will continue to receive service communications (such as new product notifications).
Only children aged 16 and over can provide their own consent. For children under this age, the consent of the children’s parents or legal guardians is required.
How long we keep your data
We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is processed.
We must also take into account the periods for which we need to retain personal data in order to satisfy our legal obligations, or to handle complaints, inquiries, regulatory requirements, for audit purposes, and to protect our legal rights to case of submitting a claim for compensation.

We are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data. Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee compliance with this policy.
In addition, you always have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with a supervisory authority.
The Hellenic Data Protection Commission is the main data protection supervisory authority for UNIMAC, therefore, we inform you that your complaint may be forwarded to the Data Protection Authority of Personal Data, also known as the Personal Data Protection Authority

Exempt/Unregister
You can request to be removed from our marketing mailing list by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr.
Please note that if you opt out of promotional communications, you will continue to receive service communications for other commercial reasons.

Request for deletion of your personal data (right to be forgotten)
You can ask us to delete or remove personal data where we have no legal basis to continue processing it. This includes deleting the B2B account associated with the e-mail address you provided to us and/or used for your access to the Platform.
You can request deletion by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr.
Please note that we will make every effort to delete data for which this right has been exercised by you and for which we no longer have a legal basis for processing, but some sets of personal data are impossible (or impracticable) to process or removed (eg, server backups or microphotos).
Objections to processing
You have the right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr. This will remove you from our marketing databases. Follow the instructions provided through the link.
You can also ask us to stop processing your personal data when we do so based on legitimate interests unless we need your data to handle legal claims or we have legitimate and compelling reasons that override your rights.
Request for information
The section “What personal data we collect” defines the personal data we collect and the section “For what purposes we use your personal data” defines the reasons we collect it.
Request to correct the personal data we hold about you
This can be done by you by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr.
Object to automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant results. We use personal data to personalize the services and offers you receive.
Request to restrict the processing of your personal data.
This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal information, but only in limited cases, which you must specify by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr.
Request portability of your personal information in electronic and structured form to you or another party (known as the right to “data portability”)
This enables you to receive your data from us in an electronically usable format and to be able to transfer your data to another party in an electronically usable format by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr.
Withdraw consent
In the limited circumstances where you may have given your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent to that processing at any time.
As far as advertising communications are concerned, this can be done as defined above in the Exclusion/Unsubscribe section by sending your request to sales@unimac.gr.
Once we receive notice that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your data for the purpose or purposes for which you originally agreed, unless we have another lawful basis to do so.
We will respond to any request you make to exercise your rights within one month. However, where required for complex or numerous requests, we may notify you (within the initial one month period) that a further period of up to two months is required to respond to the request.
These requests cannot be processed if submitted by e-mail due to their volume and theneed to verify your identity before we can process your request.
This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with such request in such cases.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may make changes to this privacy policy at any time, and if we make any material changes, we will notify you of those changes.
